Corn Bhel
Ingredients
2 cups boiled sweet corn
1/2 Onion chopped fine(optional)
Handful of roasted peanuts
Chopped coriander
Salt
Pepper
Juice of half a lemon
Chaat masala ( optional)

Method

Mix the corn, onion,peanuts salt and pepper.
Squeeze the lime over and sprinkle with chaat masala , coriander and crunchy sev..

Honey French toast
Ingredients
Loaf of bread cut into thick slices
Milk
Honey
Sugar
Salt
Vanilla essence
1 egg
Chocolate
Butter
Oil
Method

Beat up two cups of milk with one egg , 1tsp vanilla essence, 3 tbsp honey , a pinch of salt and 2tbsps sugar.
Heat a mixture of butter and oil in a pan( oil is added so the butter won’t burn).
Keep the heat low , dip the bread slices till its soaked in the milk and place it gently in the pan.
Cook both sides.
Pack with a little sprinkling of honey and chocolate shavings.
A little messy but stays beautifully moist.
